Our crew is all ages and professional levels. If you are patient, kind, reliable, able to get to-and-from your chosen locations AND have dance experience: You are the ‘WHO.’

We shoot at twenty different studios around Minneapolis and Atlanta.
There is potential for travel if you are interested and a proven hard-worker. If you JUST want to work at your ‘home/base’ studio around the corner, we’re on board for that, too! You get to fill out your availability based on our location and shoot dates. You determine the ‘WHERE’.

Photo/Posing Assistants are the extra set of hands on photoDAY. While the actual role may vary, it’s mostly just making sure our photoDAY runs smoothly and helping our photographers/staff make sure dancers look/feel their best and have a great time on photoDAY!
Our shoots are generally weekDAY nights and weekENDS!
Dance experience is required because you’ll help make sure little bodies use proper technique (to the best of your/their ability) under advisement of photogs!

Pay starts at $17/hour. We pay the first FRI of every month.
Attire is casual, comfy and covered as you’ll be moving a lot.
We ONLY shoot/work in the Spring. So opportunities are limited to feb - june (at the moment!)
There’s lots of opportunities for EXTRA ‘couchWORK’ (aka remote jobs/tasks) and advancement each Spring!

couchWORK OPENINGS.
This person would handle our ‘off the cuff’ SM mostly utilizing IG stories. It would include reposting fun studio posts/tagged photos, our releveSPLASH votes, studio + staffYAYs, moveOUT sagas, and more.

This person would help with collating and/or cropping our thousands of photos. We would provide computer, you provide the couch and internet access.
We would help train in both, but experience with Apple and Adobe (Bridge/LightRoom) is a plus. Dance experience required. If this sounds like you, take the survey below!
editingEXPERT.
This person would tackle MANY roles mostly on an organizational and business side: paying salesTAX, calculating payroll, matching edited photos for lab orders, googleSHEETs GALLLLOOOORE!
